In the beginning, was a space for wrangling with k-pop. Thereafter with illumination and dawning horror of the hollowness of boyband entertainment, there was recourse to who I used to be from the Very Beginning: a lover of Haruhi Fujioka of 2D Ouran Highschool Host Club fame. Now, it is a repository of thoughts, feelings, emotions, life happenings - all of a varied nature. A mixture of all my (fannish) interests. I talk a lot. Sometimes I'm apologetic about it, mostly not.I am a known lover of Haikyuu, Ouran, The Little Prince, Ursula K. Le Guin, poetry, narrative games, and complex but simple storytelling. I love gentle stories, but I don't shy away from a good story, no matter what the content/tone/tenor. I love meta and am always interested in reading more about why things are what they are. Sometimes I write about this too, but this writing is found elsewhere.I talk about what I'm reading sometimes.I love shoujos and joseis as much as I love a Promare, or Serial Experiment Lain. Chihayafuru, Oofuri, Hachimitsu, Yotsuba, Yuru Camp, etc., are the kinds of media I can read endlessly. Haruhi Fujioka and Kita Shinsuke are two characters I love obsessively beyond measure.What I like in media generally are kindness, a concern with the quotidian, character growth and development. These can manifest in various ways.

- rpgs, visual novels, narrative-driven games (hades, genshin, nitw)
- graphic novels, comics, books. poetry and children's books are a particular fav
- love experimental fiction

- k-pop; very casually. this means you'll see me tweeting about it or rting something related to it sometimes. rarely.
